Notes: This is a full time post for 6 month’s duration starting 6 August 2025. There is scope to extend the contract to 1 year depending on the success of the candidate in the post. The post-holder would be expected to participate in the oncall rota for obstetrics and gynaecology, whilst receiving support to develop skills in Quality Improvement. Alongside Quality Improvement, the post holder would also have the opportunity to pursue interests in undergraduate and/or postgraduate medical education or specific clinical areas within Obstetrics and Gynaecology. This is an exciting opportunity to build both clinical skills and quality improvement skills with dedicated sessions led by the Trust Quality Improvement Team. It will be expected that the successful candidates will play an active role in developing projects that align to Trust Priorities and be given the opportunity to present these. The post will be of particular interest to those post foundation year doctors who are seeking to broaden their clinical and quality improvement skills as an alternative to applying for training or those taking time out of training. Although clinical fellow posts are not recognised for training purposes this represents an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to contribute to a forward thinking Trust in a modern, well-equipped environment
